Failed to Start Game (Missing Executable)

One of our team recently encountered this issue, and unfortunately none of the steps listed in the link above work. We have sent an email to our account and technical contacts at Steam. They've previously been able to solve this problem for other games, and hopefully we should have a fix soon.

We've resolved this issue with the help of Steam technical support.
