if after you download from steam at try to play uwo useing steam and it does not run go to the uncharted waters online web page and down load uwo from there find on your computer where the files are for the game my went to c: drive/ netmarbleglobal/gv online eg/gameguard is the folder you need to copy also you need to copy gameguard.des file now go to steam files c:drive
programfiles{86}/steam/steamapps/comman/gv online eg/paste the gameguard folder and gameguard.des file there and run the game from steam you are replaceing the bad folder and file
in your steam download with the good folder and file from the download from netmarble web page gameguard is a yellow folder and gameguard.des is a file
