Loot & Booty Pack?

I think when the game was still in alpha you could buy 2 types of accounts: a normal AirBuccaneers HD account and another Loot & Booty Pack account which gave you some accessories for your character and a warcry at a higher cost.
Does it make a difference now that it is on Steam that I had bought the Loot & Booty Pack? Are we gonna get some exclusive bonuses?

bought it on steam, dont get the war cry.... so i guess you get the bonus of having something others do not

Well then I guess that's about it... :( Still, it's nice to have a warcry :D

As of now, the only thing Loot & Booty owners have more than others is the warcry.
I already sent an e-mail to LudoCraft for confirmation so we'll see soon if that's the only difference there is going to be.

Krasorias is right. The only extra Loot & Booty Pack holders have at the moment is the exclusive Shouts / Warcries. We are working hard to bring the rest to you as soon as possible.

To the devs. It's incredible annoying having a shortcut in-game ('U') which sole function is to highlight the fact that I bought this game a day late in beta. "Nay!!" indeed.

Please release shouts etc. for regular players too.

I bought the game months ago and got the "Loot and Booty".
What I did not do, was activating my account before the real launch of the game, since I did not want to play the beta.
Now I'm sitting here without my loot and booty due to a misunderstanding between Ludocraft and Gamersgate. The support of Ludocraft notified me that they are working on it though. Hopefully it won't take too long to be resolved.

But please remember that the people who actually bought the Loot & Booty pack during Alpha gave more money so they could have some nice things, on top of that, it's not a game changing mechanic and also serves as as sentimental reminder that those people supported LudoCraft from the beginning of their developement of AirBuccaneers HD.

LudoCraft and their supporters managed to get the game on Steam Greenlight, they also managed to gather a nice community and I am sure they are working their asses off just for us, unlike major publishing and developing companies. And I'm also sure they actually give a damn about the community. So you just gotta be patient for now, I'm sure they are working hard to resolve the problem.

Nah, wont buy the game if not getting the extras. Should hand even more stuff because they should celebrate the launch on STEAM! But wont happen!

Have you though that when everybody buys the game, everybody is going to have the same extras, ergo nobody is going to have more than anybody.
The Loot & Booty Pack just gave us things to set us apart from the others visuall and that show our support.
I don't even know why you are complaining but everybody has their own opinion and I respect yours. :)

Well, after discovering my mistake for buying the game in beta I tried to see if I could upgrade to the "Loot & Booty Pack" which I apparently could not do.

Taunting players with a "Nay!!" for pressing 'U' and advertising a pack not even available anymore, is rather annoying, nay?

Add some shouts for the rest of us too, or allow us to upgrade. Henche the devs can have the same support from the rest of us, not just from the lucky few discovering the game early.


Edit: TBH, it'd be much better if one didn't try to divide the player base in the first place. Buying alpha should certainly give you access to the game, no need to add injury on top of that. All it serves is a stroke of the epeen for the few and some foul taste for the rest =P

I was hoping it wouldn't come to saying this but I believe I have to as my final resort.
While still in alpha, you could buy the game just for playing or the game with some extras aka Loot & Booty Pack. Now I am not the one to speak about this because I got 3 games for 3 euro and one of them was AirBuccaneers HD Loot & Booty Pack, but let me tell you that at that time this pack was worth about 25euro if I am not mistaken, whilst the regular was probably 10euro.
So if you think about it, it's kinda fair for people who actually gave this kind of money(not me, I was just lucky) to have something more for supporting the devs, and by supporting yes I mean giving money(that's why I didn't want it to come to this, I don't like talking about money).
I'm sure they will listen to the community and implement shouts if that's what you're looking for but don't expect someone who gave 10bucks and someone who gave 25bucks to have the same things.
However this is just my opinion and I shouldn't even be saying that since I didn't even give 25bucks.

I still stand by my opinion. I did try to fork over the cash, but it was unavailable in beta.

Loving the game though, but add some variety to the shouts AKA different ones for us beta and release scrubs; problem solved?
