downloading purchased plugins

i purchased all of the plugins for sale at bethesta softworks when they were for sale in 2006.
can i download them again ? f have the orginal oblivion disk and shivering isle disk.

If you bought them on steam, they will be on your account. However I believe you need to have oblivion on your account in order to use them as steam needs to detect it.
