Local co-op?

By local co-op do they mean you have to sit at the same PC and play it together, with controllers or something? Or is it over LAN? I'd gladly try this with my roomie but I don't wanna play it on one PC. Thanks in advance

The other person has to have an xbox 360 controller. Not sure if any other controller will work.

i think you need like a logitech controller you can get one at best buy or something
except they are rather expensive so i would sugjest buying one on a huge sale or boxing day
