Insurgency.exe has stopped working

i just recently bought this game from steam. after i downloaded it, whenever i click play on steam library window, it says "insurgency.exe has stopped working". i already done every solutions the internet have, such as disabling antivirus, reinstalling, update windows, update driver, update directx, every solutions that i know of. Can anyone help me? i can't play this game on my laptop and i really really want to play this game.
