Touch Input
I just connected my Windows 8 Tablet (real Windows, not RC) to my Windows 8 PC via Splashtop, so to my computer the tablet is the only screen and input device. Just as if it was just the tablet, but with my PCs hardware.
I did this to test the multitouch feature of Wargame and I'm surprised to say that it doesn't work at all. The idea is pretty neat btw, playing Wargame on my tablet in my bed or while in university (with a ping of 20ms from my home to the uni and back)? Cool, why not! With a game like this it could work...

Well, if the buttons did work ingame. Yes, I can control the map, move it around, resize it, change the viewing direction. I can "click" units to slect them and move them around. But none of the actual buttons of the UI work. Not in the main menu, not in the game, not at all. The game runs in the tablets resolution, so it can't be misaligned due to that. Has anyone else ever tried the mutlitouch feature (some Notebooks do have touch displays, perhaps it works there) and encountered the same issue?

It works for me, but I rarely use it.

Installing now on my Surface Pro 2, curious how well touch works as well. On Civ 5 it is just about perfect. I'll pass along my resilts after playing a bit.

I have a Lenovo Miix 2 8, nowhere near your Surface Pro. But I can't currently install WG directly on the tablet, as I've got to wait for my SD card to arrive. Of course the game would only run on absolute low settings, but it could run. :)
