Spiel startet nicht !?

Das problem ist folgendes ich starte das spiel steam sagt kurz anhand des statuses ich bin im spiel aber das nicht für lange den es beendet sich sofort wieder ohne damit sich ein fenster öffnet

it says the program can not start because MSVCP110, dll missing on the computer. Install the program again to correct the problem (but it doesn't work) and what is MSVCP110, dll
