How is the offline mode?

I was thinking of getting this as a 'party game'(so we would be playing on one computer)? So how is the offline mode? Is it like the online mode, but you take turns? Or do you have to play on the same keyboard, or as the other using a controller? Couldn't really find any info on this. And mostly of all...anyone who has experience...is it any fun? :P Thank you to anyone who replies :)

The offline mode works exactly the same than the online mode, only that you're competing against an AI opponent. The only mode that has no AI in SP is SkeeBoulder.

You can also play all game modes in split-screen multiplayer, but you'll need two Xbox controllers for this.

The game is amazingly fun, I can only recommend it. Playing it alone or with friends...

It is fun to play. Too bad I only have one xbox-controller, would be fun to play split-screen as well.
