Hey! Here's a list of common issues with the game:

• I only get a screen with a monitor, no menu options. - Restart Steam
  
• Everything is flickering white and grey oh god oh god - Try launching the game with "+mat_hdr_level 0" as a launch parameter.
  
• My screen goes black when I launch the game - Try launching the game with "-windowed" as a launch parameter. You could also set it to "-w <yourresolution> -h <yourresolution>".
  
• The game crashes/freezes at/before the Galactic Cafe logo - Make sure you don't have any antivirus/firewalls running. If you use Avast, try uninstalling it altogether. Make sure you don't have weird stuff running (MSI Afterburner has been reported to cause issues - just close everything geez.) If the problem persists, try launching the game with "-nosound -nojoy -high" in launch parameters. If it launches, you can close the game, remove the parameters and play normally. If that doesn't work, try creating a new Windows profile and launching the game from there. I've recently found an issue with sound that seems to be crashing the game for some people. I've released an update for this that should solve it (<3 DoomedBunnies)
  
• Models appear as white lines or something weird like that! - Validate your game cache.
  
• I am crashing at a part where I have to go through a blue door two times - Disable subtitles for that part.
  
• My game appears in 3D with the red and blue stuff - You have NVIDIA (is that the proper capitalization?) 3D Vision enabled. Press Ctrl-T to disable it.
  
• Everything is black oh god i can't see anything send help - Your computer is way below the minimum specs! Fear not, as there's still something you can try: launch the game with "-console" as a launch parameter and write "mat_postprocess_enable 0" in the console. It's likely to look odd, but at least it'll work!
  
• The game crashes at the intro - Your computer is probably not up to snuff. Make sure you're not running an Intel Express graphics card. These things are evil.
  
• I can't run the game on my Mac - Are you sure you are running OSX version 10.8 or higher?
  
• My mouse works in the menu but not in the game! - If you're on a Mac, try cmd-tabbing out of the game and back in -- or swiping to the dashboard or another workspace and back to the game. If that still doesn't fix it, try setting your game to windowed mode.
  
• Everything is spinning! - Try launching the the game with "-nojoy" as a launch parameter (right click > properties > set launch options > write -nojoy in the box > press OK > retry). If this doesn't resolve the issue, try disconnecting all gamepads from your computers and disabling gamepad emulation programs, such as vJoy.
  
• Linux version doesn't start up - If you're using an ATI graphics card, you might have to remove libstdc++.so.6 and libgcc_s.so.1 from your Steam Runtime and from the game's bin folder. Learn more: https://wiki.debian.org/Steam#Troubleshooting

This caused a problem for me as well while having a PS3 controller connected (even though I was playing keyboard mouse). It didn't recognize the buttons, therfore this ending is bugged for me.

Oh yeah! Run the game with "-console" and write "tsp_inhibitcontroller 1" in the console. I'll add something to settings for this later today.

I'm having the logo crash issue, and the listed fix hasn't helped. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the game, attempted opening the game through the command prompt, verified game cache after running Steam as admin, and just about every else I could find on this forum as a potential fix for this crash.

I crash when I get to the logo, but I was able to load the game fine the first time. Only after I changed the graphical settings did it cause my game to constantly crash.

Upon entering 1947 on the keypad, the narrator will say his lines as if the wall had opened when in reality, nothing actually happens, making you stuck in that room.

Have you tried launching the game with -autoconfig on launch options?

For some reason the game is rendered in red and blue hues (as in, to portray 3D), I couldn't turn this off...
