I Hate This Game

I've never seen a game that is so vastly different from the ads to buy it. This is a low-quality hack job that should win the award for Most Defrauding. The graphics are lame, the game-play and story line are childish and the puzzles are ridiculous. The humor saves it some, but it's far too little to really recover any dignity for the developers. At no time did I find this game 'fun'.

Well it IS a point and click game meant for people that like that kind of stuff. Did you try the demo or buy the whole game?

I disagree; I tried the demo and I equally had fun playing the game. Maybe you are not that enthusiastic about Adventure "Point-and-Click" games? For what it's worth, I grew up with this genre of games so have a huge focus on the dialogue of the game. Alas, time's an issue on my part to play more. ^^

I am very sorry that you did not like the game but I must heavily disagree on your point about huge differences between ads and the game. We have put both a gameplay trailer AND a demo version online to test (and have a look at) the game. What else do you need to get a decent opinion from the gameplay and the game itself before buying it?

So what if you hate the game, Keep your BS opinion to yourself. Just because you dislike it does not mean everyone else does. YOU clearly bought the game before playing the demo so it's your own damn fault.

I finished the games and I LOVE it!
I think your opinion of the game is not representative for the gamer's population.

The quality of the "Book of unwritten Tales"-genre is really excellent!

I personally love this style of game. Before steam I had great difficulty finding this kind of genre. Would definately reccomend taking advantage of a demo before deciding to purchase. If you don't like the game that is fine, but your post makes it sound like a foot stomping tantrum suited only to vent without further purpose.

By any chance did you play the FIRST game? Though the events in this one happen before the first, some jokes and references expect you have played the other one. First one had demo option as well.

Summary: Try demo or research a game a bit more before you buy it.
