Stuck at time traveller - Bug? (No bucket)

Playing with adventurer, knight, and time traveller. I finally found how to get the adventurer keep on interacting with the rock in the past by holding the interact key and then switching to the timetraveller in the future.The well appears, but the bucket is not on it's display stand. Any suggestions?

Never mind - found the way how to do it....definitely not a bug

Not exactly sure what @bjvdceelan got stuck on but I got stuck for a bit here too and must admit some disappointment when I found out that I had tried the correct solution, but hadn't executed it in the exact fashion the game had expected.
