Intel GMA support is coming?
browsing the entire forum made me realize that there is no support for onboard Intel GMA chips, my question is, is it coming? I'm really eager to play TF2 at my laptop. also the Intel GMA 4500MHD should be enough for source, runs nicely on windows.

I have Intel HD Graphics and there is no support for that either.
The Linux port of the source engine was not ported to OpenGL, instead a Direct3D translation layer was created. This translation layer has some OpenGL requirements that are higher than what a direct OpenGL port might need. Until they don't properly port it to OpenGL (or at least find some less demanding alternatives in their translation layer) you'll likely see no changes in supporting older hardware/drivers.

Also trying to run this on a GMA series (965). It was one of the options listed on the Steam for Linux beta application, so I assume that they are looking to support it at some point. Otherwise, why bother including it as an option? I'm sure it's not an easy solution though, and hopefully they have someone working with Intel to get some drivers released that will run things well enough.
Will try this as soon as TF2 download is over and I get some time (works for Amnesia, why not for TF2) : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9klAxeQsHlQ Notice that Amnesia is not working on Windows (crash at startup).
Instructions are here for whoever is interested with : http://onthim.blogspot.com.au/2012/08/how-to-install-intel-graphics-drivers.html

EDIT : about my english... sorry !

Why do you say that? I'm running Steam on a notebook with Intel HD 3000 graphics, and I'm not having any problems (other than the fact that it's not a particularly powerful video card, I mean).

I've the same problem...
Intel HD Graphics (Ironlake) on Ubuntu 12.04 64Bit.
+1 gm45 css black screen but on sound and create server
I'm running Archlinux now, I have no interrest interest in the driver-compiling method : I have driver update every weeks and every weeks I hope... but there is nothing.
Didn't check the last 2 weeks. If anything moves I'll post here but I have serious doubts. I don't think the drivers update are linked to the x4500.
Some news about GMA graphic cards from Steam would be good.

Exist workaround with CPU emulation, but it's really slow. Maybe you can get about 15FPS with really powerfull CPU
