TF2 texture bug

Whenever I play on some maps (Dustbowl or Thundermountain or Goldrush), I always get these textures everywhere on the map, they make it unplayable and frusfrating:

I'm using AMD HD 6310 mobile version, latest catalyst driver

Looks like overheating, cleaning the dust out of your laptop and/or using an external cooler can help more than AMD support.
