[BUG] Segmentation Fault in popups with german locale

If the german locales are selected in the Steam Settings dialog, it is not possible to open the settings dialog or the screenshot manager again.

If the language is set back to english in the configuration files, everything works just fine.

I have a core-dump for the segfault. Is there any way to submitt it in a secure way? It could contain sensitive data, so i would not upload it public.

We had a bug with rendering accents on capital letters. Can you upgrade to the latest Steam and see if this still happens for you?
