BADSIG when updating Steam package

Can't find anything about this here or on Google. Is something wrong on Valve's end?

I am also having this issue running Linux Mint 15 Olivia, with 64-bit architecture, connected to the Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail repository.
I have tried many commands to remove and re-import the key like in these links:
