Can't write on forum masseges in my native language. Kubuntu14

Can't write on forum masseges in my native language(russian(or at least in ukrainian)). Kubuntu14 I've set system to russian, I do can write in chat windows with friends in russian.

on the client

Steam>Settings>Interface>"Select Language you wish to use in Steam"



on the site

click the blabadibla on the left of your profile pic on the upper right hand corner, then hover to "change language" and select russian yo!

with client I saw that. as for Site plz be more specific in profile page? if there I dont see anything like that.

Steamcommunity.com -- "Language" drop-down menu at upper-right corner.
Steam Overlay -- keyboard layout shortkey doesn't work, it looks like a font issue in Steam...

UPD. Layout change (CTRL-SHIFT in my case) throws the error:

ERROR:browser_main_loop.cc(240)] Gdk: IA__gdk_keymap_get_entries_for_keyval: assertion `keyval != 0' failed

Looks like not about font, but a bug in GTK?? Dont have time to look it all deeper now, sorry...

Found that menu. But that changing website localization - this is not I need. Still can't write in russian keybord layout. But I've found out that if write text elsewhere (in Kate editor) in russian and Ctrl+C > and paste in steam - its passes ...ridiculous

Yes. Looks like Valve develoers still looking to this groupd and topics. Just a few hours back - last client update have resolved my problem. Thank you all. Спасибо заработало.
