Massive Lag on all Steam Games (Ubuntu 14.04)
I've been experiencing massive lag on all games the past few months and I can't figure out why. I have a feeling it's my drivers, but I'm not sure. When I first installed Ubuntu a few months ago everything ran fine. Now, I get 1 frame every few seconds.

Hardware:
Dell Inspiron N5110
i3-2330m (2.2ghz)
4gb ram
Intel HD Graphics 3000

Definitely not the best, but it definitely worked fine up until recently. Any help appreciated.

Try removing the driver and install again ?

I am using AMD card, my games lagged, so have to reduce graphics settings to play games. Recently i removed AMD catalyst (i have few versions of these installed), now it works much better. Don't have any lag with Team Fortress 2.

I'll try this. Not really sure how to go about it.
