Help! Steam isn't launching!

I'm using Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS (Yakety Yak) (Kernel 4.4.0-57-generic). I already set it up and it sorta worked, I have AMD64 Radeon. When I click on the icon, it flashes for a few seconds and then does completely nothing. Someone help I am getting salty.

Have you selected the proprietary driver for your GPU in Settings > Software & Updates > Additional Drivers?
