... if instead of having to hit "end turn" on the bottom of the screen everytime, there was a hot key such as the enter key that you could hit instead. Also online wouldn't hurt either.

Yeah, native button config would be a nice touch. For now, X-Mouse Button Control may be an option, if you haven't already found a solution:
