Just a quote from wiki. Demons can change forms and inhabit bodies, fair to say the succubs can too, but would be hard pressed to produce virility from a human body. Might be that's just her true form.

yeah it's underwhelming, but it fits the game. i'm a fan of it. but just the raging immature tone they presented it with to appeal to a younger audience ruins the integrity of the story to me.
