The game makes a big FPS-drop and robot freezing sounds in-game? PLZ HELP!!

I bought the game on steam via G_2_A.com to play it. When i start the game i can play for like 5 minutes and then, it starts dropping FPS(either slowly or fast) and the in-game sound makes robot freezing sounds at the same time as the game is freezing with it. Am i the only one with this?? Does anybody have a fix for this piece of ♥♥♥♥?? I can't refund it so now i'm ♥♥♥♥ed ://

I have reinstalled my graphics drivers, didn't work
I have reinstalled windows 10, didn't work.
Runned any types of scans to find virus, nothing found and didn't work.


If anybody have any tips or advice, please tell me!?!

GPU: ASUS GTX 970 Strix OC Ed.
CPU: I7-4770K
PSU: 750W Corsair
RAM: 16gb DDr3
OS:Windows 10 x64 Pro
Drive Type: SSD

Mess with the graphic settings.
Turn V-sync on.
Maybe even turn down your graphic quality. (from "ultra" to "high" or whatever your settings are)
If this doesnt work then I have no idea.
This is just what I did to stop the crazy lag.
