Hi. Redownloaded earlier purchased game and sh*tty ubisoft connect does not let me launch it. Anyone experienced the same?

So, I am genuinly on 650 DPI on my mouse even in the settings of my mouse. But once I tune into FC3 it feels like I am on 3200 DPI. Like it is crazy how fast it is. Anyone got ane clues of how to help? I am sure someone has asked for this before me.
