Driver version 344.16, Couldn't even begin to tell you the response time to be honest.
Dunno if this helps but i don't think it runs quite at 60hz i tink it's really like 59hz but yea.
Ummm..tough to explain might have to make a video of it but it's basically everytime i move my mouse to look the trees mainly flicker, imagine a strobe light just flickering on and off really fast just flashing. and as i said it's only when i move my mouse to look and only at 1600x1050 up to 1080p, And already tried chaning to SSAO didn't help.
I'll see about geting a video for you guys to see.
Another thing to consider is that your card is so new that nVidia just hasn't had enough time to work the bugs out yet. So far there has only been 1 driver released for your GTX 980. I expect this problem you are having could just go away with one of the future driver updates for your card. It normally takes 3 to 6 months before new hardware gets enough driver updates to be considered truly refined.
You should make report to nVidia if it still happens when using a different display. Try using a differnt display first.
Also while i say the trees it's just the most noticable when you look at the trees, I would say it's most likely the whole thing you just really see it when you turn your head while looking at the trees.
*EDIT* Also don't actually have a different display readily available so at the moment if it is the display can't really find out anyway.
Just check that your TV is true 1080p not 1080i or 720p (A lot will say 1080p ready/compatible)
Best way to know is set your desktop window to 1920x1080 and see if your icon text is clear & flicker free.
