Yea, 8 years is a little rediculous Valve. 4 or 5 years is reasonable because you dont want HL to turn into the next COD or Halo, or some other regurgitated crap, but life sucks Valve. We need a new announcment at least for the next Half-Life installment, I don't care if it doesn't come out until 2014. On the plus side, I am confident it's going to kick ass. After 8 years, it better.
