This has just been discovered in the newest Team Fortress 2 Update to Surgeon Simulator!

You can see the little rings around Saturn. It's got to be the solar system, and there's an arrow pointing from Saturn to a question mark.
The korean is apparently 시간은 , which is translated as 'The Time' or 'Time' or 'Period'.

The Korean there says 'Prepare for unforseen consequences'.
Then HL2 was stuck in all the characters speaking Korean today, which was patched and fixed.
The claim is that these aren't ARG related but, this third, Valve-related thing linking it all up, it's starting to look extremely suspicious.
There have been a lot of ideas as to what the text to fill in the blanks is, from
SATURN
TETHYS
to a whole host of other stuff. What do you guys think?
and the Surgeon Simulator 2013 guys have tweeted an acknowledgement of the puzzle.

Yeah, even an ARG doesn't get me excited. Portal 2's ARG went on far too long. So an HL3 ARG sounds even worse. We've waited this long now...I just want the game. Not more games before the game.

Either way, HL3 can't live up to my expectations at this point. As more time passes I expect more and more amazing things from it. Unless Valve can deliver on almost six years of anticipation, HL3 will end up being only mediocre. Of course, it'll have a 95+ Metacritic rating just because.

This definitely looks like an ARG. With both Surgeon Simulator and Steam Support using Korean, not to mention the huge Korean themed "glitch" that occured in HL2, that is far more than coincidence. Plus, the fact that Steam Support (i.e.Valve) basically said "Prepare for unforseen consequences" in their tweet, which are the words spoken by the G-man in both HL1 and 2 and by Elis in episode 2 before the incredible cliff-hanger ending, there is no way Valve would be cruel enough to say something like that as just a joke when they know everyone wants to know why Freeman should prepare for such consequences. This is certianly some kind of ARG.

I've already started looking up Saturn's relation to time, and it turns out the Roman god Saturn was made a god of time in later mythology. I haven't been able to find anything solid as to how that could relate to the blank word puzzle from the Surgeon Simulator pic, but at least the arrow from Saturn and the Korean spelling out "The Time" co-enside with that information.

Confirmed: Half Life 3 will be Sega Saturn timed exclusive

If it does mean the planet Saturn is involved somehow, there is a simple answer: Saturday. Both the planet and the day are named after the Roman god Saturn. Since the update for Surgeon Simulator came out on Friday, it could be referring to the Saturday that would be the day after, but the Korean in the corner seems to imply we weren't supposed to connect the two until the Half Life 2 update. So my bet is on it referring to the Saturday two days from now.

Now, what will happen on Saturday is anyone's guess...

So, when that hl2 update dropped there was this spooky broken ambient song that changed with it. Now that this new stuff has been brought to light, that sound seems even more suspect. I tried looking around in the game's files, but the sound is perfectly normal there, so as far as I know you can only hear this in-game.

Noticed in the update log after the korean "glitch" was fixed

It also says that some "missing dialogue" was fixed with rebel chatter.

New to ARGs, never caught one while it was still going before, always late to the game. Maybe something cool will happen.

Anyways the korean "time" text in surgeon simulater, I think it was just to point us in the right direction.

The first two letters were circled in surgeon simulator, the korean under it I believe points to the next two letters being found somewhere in hl2

On a more serious note, I think that the sticky note is a reference to the whole accidental hl2 korean thing and that it's not an ARG- after all, "Tiiiime, doctor freeman? Is it really that time again..."
That said, I really really hope I'm wrong.
EDIT: with the whole Saturn thing, if the one on the far left is the Sun, and it's closest-to-sun to farthest-from-sun(in the solar system) then yes, the one with the arrow actually IS Saturn. Also, six letters. Six blank letters. Saturn has six letters, but it can't be that. It's too obvious, too simple. But it's... something in Space. Wheatley maybe? Or something in real space?
EDIT 2:Just reposting something I saw on Reddit, the Korean ALSO has to do with 4 hours, which is 4:00. Saturn > Saturn's day > Saturday. Saturday 4:00
What could this mean? We may have to wait to find out.

Hey just for people who are too dense to realize SOMETHING is happening here regardless of what it all might mean: hl2 updated with a korean language pack on the anniversary of the korean war, while a recent update to surgeon simulator includes a puzzle involving korean characters. Once you have 2 games simultaneously updating with similar mysterious themes, you've gone beyond the point of strange coincidence and into something clearly deliberate.
