"Dark Energy" level glitching up.

So I'm having a problem with the Dark Energy level loading properly. As I'm sure most of you are aware, you finish the previous level climbing up the Citadel in the capsule. Anyway, when it transitions over to Dark Energy, I start the level stuck in the capsule, it won't finish moving up, and I can hear all the other characters talking as if the level loaded normally.

So basically I'm stuck in the capsule and it won't go anywhere. I've tried deleting the game and saves, and then reinstalling it, but it doesn't seem to work. Also, the main menu is supposed to picture the level you're currently on, but it seems to randomize it now. Just trying to figure out how to fix this.
