Uninstalling Half-Life 2

I accidently started DLing HL2 but couldn't find a way to stop it other than pausing. I looked at it a couple of weeks later and 3 gigs were downloaded while it was still paused. I let it finish DLing so I could uninstall it but it isn't showing up in my Add/Remove programs and I can't find an actual uninstall file anywhere.

I was thinking about just deleting stuff but I can only account for for 1.5 gigs (out of 4 gigs DL'd) between the things in steam apps labeled HL2 and the actual HL2 folder. I have TF2 installed so maybe some of the 3 gigs that DL'd on its own were already DL'd for that?

Any insight?

If the game is already fully downloaded, just right click on half-life 2 and choose
"delete local content"
