Help With Making a Source Engine game?

Late saturday night I realised that there was no "open world" source engine game like gta or saints row. I would like to make up a team to make help make a mod for it over the weekends. I want to make this out of free time and have it with multiplayer. Can anyone help/interested?

well um mostly everything textures, rendering, coding, modeling you name it

i do not know but we are using the source engine for all that

thats what it is and its easy find the right tutorial on youtube
