Quickest run you've made?

I decided to quickly run through Half-Life 2 without using cheats or glitches after some time ago I did it with Half-Life. It took me about 4 hours to end the first game (together with the occasional deaths and reloads, etc...). Now with Half-Life 2 it took me about 4 hours to escape Nova Prospekt and teleport back to Kleiner's lab. Again, this without using glitches or cheats, but avoiding fights if possible, taking the shortest route that I know through the levels, etc...

So what's your quickest run without abusing glitches, cheats or bugs?
