Combine Leaders/Advisors

Wanted to Discuss what people thought about the Combine Advisors and if they think that a larger force is running the entire combine empire and also why so many Advisors are on earth.

I think they are leaders of combine on the earth but still slaves to their own supervisor. And the rest of what ownomics said.

well in halflife 2 ep 1 and 2 you get 2 meet a advisor anhd it trys to kill you but its hurt.....and at the end of halflife 2 doc breen is talking 2 a advisor....anithing 2 do with dis?nooooOOoooOoooo but who dose the advisor leson 2?noone.....or do they/??

I would imagine that a few advisors are on Earth to directly overview the operation. I also think a good reason they might be on Earth is a survival stratagy... some of thie species will now be in a corner of the universe they never were before, reducing further the likelihood that a war or other disaster will result in their extinction.
