Mods support like adding ships and stations?

Starting to get worried.

Hello, I started the game, bought a base ship and with no money in my account I went into space. I picked up some quests, they earned me about 7k money and during one quest I was killed by an enemy ship. From a bar I went to the shipyard and there even the cheapest ship without equipment costs more than I have. So I tried gambling, but the tickets didn't win anything. What now? How to make money on a basic ship without a boat? Can you just start from scratch? That's kind of unfortunate......

Dev Will you actually finish this game this time?

This game needs dreadnoughts, light/heavy cruisers, carriers and super carriers, fortress stations or citadels, ive played this and the first IP, the magnus lost its appeal in the end game, if i am to be some galaxy spanning emperor i need a ship thats not already flying around en mass, the mechanics a carrier would bring would be refreshing with a flight of fighters and bombers given the carrier as a home station, a citadel or fortress with onboard weapons wouldnt need to be swarmed with Laser turrets alo...
