Worth it?
So I'm looking into buying this game the demo was so fun! ^^ but for 20 dollars? is it worth all that? I'm sort of paranoid when buying games... how many hours of gameplay can I get from this?

I got 12 hours out of it, and enjoyed every moment. I also liked the first part very much, but this one is even better. One of my favourite adventure games of all time!

It's definitely worth it, in my opinion it's one of the best games ever! ;) (I think I had around 10 hours of playtime when playing it for the first time - but clearly 10 awesome hours!)

I LOVE THIS GAME!

Oh man, soooo much adventure fun, and also: its more beginner friendly.

The humor is sooooo great, funny lines all the time.

based on the youtube walk through i have seen of it. it is a good game. but i feel like its only worth 10 dollers not 20.

Not worth it, although it has its moments. I think it's one of Daedalics earlier games and it shows. The story, graphics and voice narration are okay. The puzzle solutions are at times very odd. I finished it, but I wouldn't play another one by the same designer. It is better than the first Edna & Harvey though, I didn't bother finishing that one.

I really like most of Daedalics adventures, the Deponia series is great, as is the Dark Eye.

I wouldn't say it's worth $20, but maybe if you can get it for $10 or so. It's a pretty fun game! A bit weird with some of the puzzles (and I know I had a hell of a time trying to figure out some of the stuff you were supposed to do) but it's really fun and has some great humor to it. The only reason I say it's not worth the $20 is because it can be a bit buggy and overly difficult at times. But, if things like achievements working don't really bug you, it may well be worth the $20!

I've finished it in 9 hours and it was well worth it, it was fun, but I got it from a bundle for cheap.
I still have achievements to unlock, and they now added trading cards, so if you're into those things, its value may get higher for you.

I loved it with a passion, but I consider $20 overpriced. The writing, voice acting, art and story are wonderful. The dark humor is the best I've seen. However, like any other adventure point-and-click, you mostly play it just once. The achievements seem to be a problem for more than a year now, and still today there are tons of players complaining that they didn't get theirs. Kurz, it's one of the best games I've played lately, but I would get it on sale. Like today!

I second waiting for it to go on sale for around $10...$15 tops. It truly is an awesome, entertaining game. Its child like appearence mingled with the dark undercurrent of the story makes for an interesting contrast. But it's only about 10 hours long and has little-no replay value. I have to say thus far all of the achievements (except for the tutorial one) worked for me.

I still have to see why I never got any. Maybe because I played it with the audio in German, for something I was reading. That will be an excuse for me to replay it one day ;)

Yeah it's apparently pretty picky. Has to be a certain version, in English, using this slight work around yaddayaddayadda. But I need them to feel whole!

LOL I know, I will go get them soon. Sad, because I really liked the audio in German. The guy cracked me up. I hope in English is just as good.
