So, i updated my physx drivers, and still Black screen, now i understand your a indi game developer.
But maybe it would be a good idea, to future customers to provide them with a working game.

I understand its not all gamers who are having issues, but not anywhere on the steam page does it say, "This might not work on some systems, I'm currently still developing"

I spend money to play a new game on my day off, only to find i can't play it as its got a known problem thats not advertised, I'd love a refund so i can go buy another game i can actually play, but i know thats not going to happen.

I wont be buying from this dev again, simple information would have prevented me wasting my money......

dude, chill, single guy who's spent three years making an awesome game, its a pain in the arse we cant play yet(i've got the same problem) but the dev has responded to peoples problems, he's tried to offer work arounds where possible and he is working on an update to fix the issue, so chill and just let the guy get things done, posting angsty comments about, horror of horrors, an indie game having some minor issues isn't going to help. if was some triple A title with an entire team of testers and resources behind that then fair enough but this is one guy, give him a break.

I dont care if he has offered to come titdy my living room in return for me not having what i have paid for, you wouldn't go into a sandwich shop and order a bacon and egg, pay for it and then be told to come back next week as they are out of egg's. Get real

dude, if you wanted a triple A game you should have bought a triple A game, this is an indie title which released less than a week ago, chill and learn to be patient.

by the way, a better analogie would be you going into a restaurant, ordering your food, they accidently drop it and then you spend the next half hour berating the waiting staff and making snide comments to the other patrons. the guy made a product, there is a problem with yours, be patient while he fixes it.

ourorboros, if i go to next and buy a 40 quid pair of jeans or if i goto asda and buy a 1.99 pair, i still expect them to function in the way they are advertised.

This does not say 1/2 gig of wasted hdd space for a tenner, now go make a post about shiny fluffy rainbows and happy smiling people and leave us pissed off paying customers alone

I get the same error and i have to say you are being very very impatient. This is an incredible game, i know because i've played it before. The dev spent alot of time making this game, but he can't please EVERYBODY. A few unhappy customers against many, many happy customers. You are just arrogant. So please go to console gaming and join all the other impatient triple A lovers and let patient happy fun PC gamers to be happy c:
Also, There IS A FIX TO IT. Set res to 1280 and when in game then change it to 1920.

YOUR REPLYING TO A TOPIC 12 MONTHS OLD YOU MORON............... Maybe this wonder "fix" your talking about does not work when running the client made your PC BLACK SCREEN, you know, so i can't see anything, for example display settings...........

I got my money back 12 months ago and got a game that worked (thx steam).
Now some tool brings back bad memorys of a game that 12 months later is still having issues......
I would rather be arrogant than ignorant
