Clues come after the puzzle
Hi there. Thanks for developing this great game. I had a real blast and am recommending it to my friends.

My question: does the game intentionally give you the clues after you've already solved a puzzle? I only really started noticing this after I'd played through about half the game. I noticed myself reading a clue, then considering how it related to the puzzle, then upon solving the puzzle, seeing the REAL clue afterward (past the door, over the bridge, or whatever). I started to ignore the clues altogether.

Thanks again!

It's intentional. They're not really clues, more like a 'life lesson' that the previous puzzle was an allegory for.

Sometimes you see the black cartoon box after solving the puzzle because you can access the puzzle from two different directions, and you happened to arrive opposite the box.

Or it was just meant to be there. Almost all those hints after the puzzle really just kept popping up in my head during the last puzzle.

You know it's a good game when it teaches you about the little things in life.
