[SOLVED] Cant start any race

Hi guys, i just bought PCM and every time i try to start a race it crashes right away...
I can simulate and do all the rest but i just cant start a race...

I already tried to put graphics as low as possible but it didnt help.
Can anybody help me ?

It just crashes every time the loadscreen opens. It happens after like 0.5 sec... I really need some help here please dont tell me i just wasted my money here :(

We need information about your hardware configuration:

WINDOWS XP
1. Click Start then Run or press Windows and R keys.
2. Type DXDIAG in the Run window and press Enter key.

WINDOWS VISTA/WINDOWS 7
1. Click Windows Start button or press Windows and R keys.
2. Type DXDIAG in the Search bar (bottom left) or in Run window and press Enter key.

WINDOWS 8
1. Open the Charms Bar (shortcut Windows + C keys) and click Search.
2. Click Apps and enter the command DXDIAG then click DXDIAG under Results.

System tab: Windows version, processor model (Processor) and the amount of RAM memory (Memory).
Display tab: name of the graphics controller (Name) and the driver date (Date).
Audio tab: name of the audio controller (Name) and the driver date (Date).

I hope this helps you enough to find a solution. I played previous PCM's at the same computer btw.

When I enter loadscreen its like 0.5sec and it crashes, but k ill try the Cyanide support

If you played previous PCM games (inc. 2012) it's really strange that it doesnt work. Definitely contact Cyanide - the game is only a month old (could be a bug that they can fix). Or they can give a refund if they don't fix it.

One more thing did you guy try verify steam cache and update the direct x.Looked for the _CommonRedist folder located inside where you install PCM(update those 2 file)..also some guys find out turn off internet connection while playing solve the crash.It is weird when crash hit some spec maybe..don't give up guys! You paid for the game and deserve to play them.Email the developer to solve the problem,they actually very helpful.
