The DK's voice gets better as the game progresses, though, and he also talks less.
A couple of the voices at the start of the game kind of stand out as being bad / out of place (like a friendly NPC in the prison level that asks you to kill Fergus), but that is also predominantly near the start of the game.
I always thought they had mental patients dosed on LSD reading a script that was written in Angelic Script while being electro shock treated, it was that bad...
Lol i remember back in the day i felt the same way, i was so angry when they changed the voice, but what can you do, vocal people get their voice heard better :P
