NBA 2K13 MyPlayer problem

I had a problem when I tried to install NBA 2k13 on another computer. When I starts the game, I try to login with MyPlayer account that works on the other pc and with which I can login on NBA2K.COM but it says to me "Myplayer account doesn't exist".. Anyone who can help me? I had bought the game in cd version and I had this problem, I wrote to the 2K support but they didn't resolve the problem yet, then I decided to buy the Steam version of the game and again the same problem.. I think that this game has a lot of problem with the pc version.

I got the same problem..cant find any solution..i bought a new pc and now i cant login with my account anymore so i cant play online and stuff.

All we can do is ask for our account to be deleted so u can make a new account,but im waiting 7 days now and my account still hasnt been deleted ( u do that on the myplayeraccount settings on the site )

Well I've contacted the 2K support and now they're trying to resolve this problem.. I'll tell you something if they resolve that problem.. But can you play normally (without online mode ecc) without 2k account? Because I can't.. When I start the game the only thing that I can see is the request for my2K account..

Yeh somehow i eventually end up in the game menu to play games..i just cant play online and my progress isnt saved online...u know u get the pro/allstar rating by playing games..i dotn get that either now

It seems to accept my password and account name but still doesnt log me in..kinda weird
