Can't log into this game after reinstall...

I just reinstalled this game, but this game start to refuse my player account, and when trying to reset my password at nba2k.com, that site is basically down, it will only give me error page, and now i am stucked!
Is ther anyway to by pass this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥?

post help request on 2K support more then 1 month ago... and the answer is still "we are working on it" till now...

I tho reset password will only take around 5 mins? (base on experience)

Once I reset my password, it wouldn't let me log in to 2k on their website or in the game, so that didn't work for me. Now, I start the game, and when it asks for my birthday, I tell them I was born in 2012 or something, and it tells me I'm too young for online play... and it lets me in the game, lol.
