Max Everything and Ultrabot bugged?

Somebody can confirm these achievements are bugged?
I think so, because on this screenshot:

I got an droid, which I think has got everything max and proof. I think so, because I got every Max-Achievement and the Everything Proof Achievement while I played this droid and collect every upgrade with it. Also I can't get upgrades anymore with the droid, only things i can collect with it is Super Shield and Transfer.

You've maxed out your upgrades so you can't pick any more up. We'll investigate the achievements (now in the bug database as bug #0000016!)

im in the same boat, got the same acheivments you did and the lack of the others. glad to see the devs got the problem under control, should only have to go back a few stages to recollect a few powerups.. any idea when the patch goes live?

I'm having trouble with this achievement as well. I know I'm like 9 years late but it's the last achievement I need :0
