Our support staff* are on strike.
* Me
Why are you striking? are you joking?
Latest drivers not working means that they're either not actually being used by the game - your Catalyst CC quite possibly needs resetting to defaults or uninstalling / reinstalling from scratch. Sometimes hybrid chipsets with Intel horrors inside them cause the game to pick up the useless broken Intel GPU instead of the decent one too - there's a setting for that somewhere in your drivers.
The next time someone takes time out of their day to help you fix your machine, you might consider being thankful for their time rather if not actually grateful. Indeed, by explicitly stating your intention to sever relations with us you hardly put yourself in a great situation for ongoing support.
In the meantime, because the Steam moderation appears to be broken on this forum, the permanent ban that we have placed upon you has not yet taken hold. We simply do not want customers like yourself. We make - literally - about 20 pence on a sale. Merely replying to your original forum request for help already puts us in the red. Continuing to discuss the matter with you - and clean up your rubbish because you don't know what you're talking about eg. unhelpful comments such as "Funny how it's always drivers*" - is a dead loss. We're not doing this because it's great fun, we're trying to eke a living.
If you could do us the courtesy of disappearing in the meantime I would be extremely grateful. And when you get the time - do try updating your video drivers to ones that work.
While you're away we'll continue being as helpful as we possibly can to polite and courteous customers - even if we lose loads of money doing it.
* I'll let you in on a secret - it is always drivers
