Chapter Seventeen Bug, can't finish it...

Hello, I've got a problem...
After clearing all and sit back on my bike I instant spawn upstairs. All enemies new spawned. This happens every time I try. So I can't finish this chapter & can't go on...

If I clear it then again, an Error Message appears, saying that:

Failed to access attribute - Invalid song ID or filename."


What can I do, if I can do anything at all?!

If you haven't already, install NET 4.0, restart and launch the game again. If you still have no luck, try installing the redist app, which is found in the 'redist' folder within the game directory.
(Mine is): C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\hotline_miami

I have tried finishing that chapter on 3 separate occassions and the same thing happens. Is there a known fix to get around that bug yet?
