Favorite melee weapon?

Machete. Quick, wide swings. Decent combos are pretty easy using this.
How about everyone else? Obviously the guns are pretty great, but melee is a massive part of this game. What's your favorite weapon and why?

The knife and katana are my two favs! Knife's quick, especially when busting through doors. The katana makes me feel like an epic samurai!

Yeah, katana's amazing. I love the wide swings :D Easy to kill several people at once!

For me, nothing tops a satisfying cleave with the fireaxe. That execution is damn nasty too!

Golf clubs, always available, quickest grounded executions when you nail down the timing, and there's something sadistically enjoyable about the feedback you get with each click on a downed mobster.
