Game won't launch. No Error. No nothing

So i've played the game a couple of times and it is really awesome. But recently I'm not able to start the game. I don't even get an error-text. I reinstalled it. Restarted my Pc. Both did'nt work. When I open my Task-Manager I see that the task is running but not the application.

Please help me, because I really wanna play that game. Thanks
