"Unexpected Error Occured when Running the Game"

Honetly, I've tried everything, I've googled it, re-installed it, Uninstalled and re-installed the .Net files and I still get this error message, it seems to that the devs aren't doing anything to help with this error and If they are it's taking too damn long, If anyone has any other fixes I'd be happy to hear, I bought the game to play it, not look at the damn splash screen.
