"Trying to load inexsistent floor" glitch?!

It says this after the prelude, and it cause the floor to be just be a trippy purple, the floor doesn't load, and if you click "ignore" the game will continue without the floor, however it will be extremely glitchy and un-appealing...Even though this can allow further progress, once I try it AFTER the prelude is done, the game crashes. Anyone have a fix for this? I can run this game really well, it's just it's a major bug/glitch that annoys the hell outta me.
