Good game but not ready for Steam

The game is great and I have a lot of fun, even spent some hours to understand it's story.
But it's a pity that the problems with Steam is still not fixed. Overlay not working at all, Steam workers causing bus, stuck between floors, and many players can't even start game at all. I wonder why Steam can let a game with so much obvious bugs appear in the Store. It's not ready for Steam.
