Patch already!

So many bugs in the game and still no patch?
Is there some official complaint we can file with steam?

There will always be bugs in a game. Instead of going to Steam and moan why not ask the developers directly?

It keeps crashing in the exact same spot. Chapter 13 Assault, I get to the floor with the police chief. When I get the keys and start to head back, it crashes every single time! Really annoying cause i wanna beat this game -_-

Haven't seen a game with this many bugs since windows 95 days when hardware comparability was a big issue. These days releasing a game that is so unstable and then not patching it is unacceptable and unprofessional, steam should pull it until its fixed.

For me the game lags a lot, is unplayable. I have tried everything, and nothing.
I really agree with madnut, with so much hype involved with the game we deserve a more polished product.

Hype is hype. It doesn't force a purchase prior to seeing where the wind blows.

Google? Game devs often prowl their own subs looking for bug reporting. How about doing that first instead of rushing the complaint counter; list your system and your bugs. The game as been out for all of 3 months and the dev is a total of 2 people. If it is in fact unplayable, and not hyperbole, Steam may give you a refund.

I went to the Devs homepage and there isn't any really way to contact them. It's ashame really, I really like this game but the constant crashes on booting and lack of ingame music really prevents me from enjoying this game. If the Devs are really involved in this game then I'm sure they would be scanning pages like this to see how their game is doing. All that others and myself would like to know is "Will a patch be coming soon to fix the crash and music issues"? Surely an answer isn't too much too ask, I'm sure it doesn't take a large team of Devs to issue a statement.

This is probably the buggiest game I've ever purchased, but I don't regret it for five dollars. Here's what works for me:
Launch only from steam (shortcut crashes after every level)
Disable printer spooler if it won't start.
Never enable steamwork, if I launch it with steamworks, I usually end up having to restart my computer entirely before it will work properly.
Read those bug fix forums at the top of the page as well
