Unfortunately the game i was searching for is none of these...
I played it on PC (i think Windows 98 or 95, but a DOS game) and "Threat" comes really close to it.
I think the name was really unmeaningly, maybe "Shooter game" or just "Killer", s.th. stupid like this. ;-)
Some more hints i hopefully remember right:
- moving map, (not like "Threat")
- it was top-down, not the perspective of "take no prisoners" or "postal 1"
- much fun with C4 explosives :-)
- weapons were in "wooden boxes" (with the name of the weapon on it..?)
- sometimes really brutal, corpses in beds, much blood...
I'm not sure if there was a "real" split screen mode, but you could play coop/vs on one screen with one keyboard.
Thank you all, i'm looking forward to find it ;)
wait a second... maybe the title was "Loaded" or "Reloaded"?

lets have a try, i will post you if yes or no ;)
ten years of searching could have an end . . .
i played it for ~30 minutes and its a bit difficult, but defenitely the right game.
Thank you so much FreakyM! tell me where i have to send a crate of beer ;-)
STRIKE!
