found it. mine was located library/application support/steam/common/the binding of issac

I've got the same issue, and I don't have Binding of Isaac installed so no help there

I found it by going to my Steam library, right clicking on the game, going to properties and then the local content tab. Then I clicked on view local content and there was the folder containing all the music. Works for Windows and Mac
